  • Vendors may create listings for their cakes and products.

  • We reserve the right to remove or edit content that we deem inappropriate or false.

5. Payments and Commissions

  • If transactions occur on the Website, we may charge a commission, which will be clearly disclosed.
  • Payment terms between Customers and Vendors are the responsibility of those parties unless otherwise stated.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We provide the platform “as-is”. We are not liable for any disputes between Vendors and Customers.
  • We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of items sold by Vendors.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website, excluding Vendor submissions, is owned by us and may not be reproduced without permission.
  • Vendors grant us a non-exclusive license to display and promote their listings.

8. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Post harmful, illegal, or infringing content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Website
  • Use the Website to send spam or malicious software

9. Termination
